Welcome to Preploop. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Preploop provides educational practice content, certification mocks, and hands-on project labs for developer preparation. Our content is designed for self-study and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with PMI, AWS, Microsoft, Google, or any other official certifying bodies.

When you create an account using Supabase (via email or Google OAuth), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Paid subscriptions are licensed per individual; account sharing is strictly prohibited.

Subscription billing is managed entirely through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. All payment details are securely processed by them. Cancellation of paid Pro subscriptions stops recurring charges, and your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are subject to Lemon Squeezy terms and applicable local consumer laws.

All question banks, explanations, project briefs, starter code, and visual materials are the intellectual property of Preploop. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for study. You agree not to scrape, download, copy, redistribute, resell, or share any Pro-only content with third parties.

Preploop services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that using the platform will ensure passing score results on actual exams or secure job placements. Preploop will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
